Q. Do I need a prescription?
A. All orders are required to have prescriptions as per local and international laws. If you have a prescription, please scan and email it to us, or fax it to us at +1-800-876-0247. If you do not have a prescription, and in order to make your shopping experience hassle free, our qualified on-staff physician will issue a prescription for each order so we can legally fill and ship your prescription.

Since our physician cannot physically examine the patient, we recommend you seek a physical and medical examination with your local physician or family doctor.

Q. What happens after I place an order?
A. Once your order has been approved, it will be forwarded to the pharmacy for fulfillment and shipment the same day. We will notify you by e-mail once your order has been processed. More information about shipping can be found here.

Q. How do I track my order?
A. At this time, our packages are sent through Registered Mail, which provides delivery confirmation and, for orders sent to the USA, real-time tracking. If you need to know the status of your order or ask for a reshipment, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. You are provided with real-time order status updates via our order status form.

Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. If you wish to cancel your order, you must let us know before 11am EST the following day. We will not be able to cancel any orders after this time. For all cancellations, please contact us.

Q. What about importing to my country?
A. Importation of prescription medication is legal in most countries (including the US, UK, France, Spain, Hong Kong, Japan and S. Korea) provided the medication is for personal use and is not a controlled substance. If you are in doubt about the situation in your country, check with your local Post Office.

Q. I use greylisting for my email-account. Will I be able to receive your communications?
A. No, you need to explicitly add us to your whitelist. Please add the addresses donotreply@easy.md and support@easy.md.
